  • "Ma famille de chevaliers médiévals"🎠🧛‍♂️
(How I came up with the character designing concept for CELS: Cambridge English Language School )

So the institute's relevance to British Council and English, directed me to design the characters as Medieval British Knights.
My mind was struck with the idea of the head lecturer Ravindu Kushan Mapitiyage being usually addressed as "sir" and suddenly, I was reminded of Sir Leigh Teabing (the Knight) from novel The Davinci Code I'd been reading.
As a matter of fact, the need for incorporating the Stallion depicted in CELS logo, went hand in hand with the MC being a Knight.
I created the names of the OCs (original characters) out of the names of the real-life characters I was inspired from, so it gives off a British impression. (Sir Avin X Amber the Stallion)
The Stallion's character is given that of CELS' developer Thisath Damiru as a tribute to his hard work! 🔥

Though the concept of Knights sounds overbearing at first, my art style was able to tone the complexity down and create characters unlike any other. My versatility in these illustrations wasn't limited in this scenario as I was able to come up with 'chibi' to 'semi--realistic' arts with an obvious range of complexity changes in each illustration.
I'm truly happy with my creations! I hope it eases and promotes students engagement in studies :)
    Thanks for reading!

  • Retail 3D rendering uses digital simulations to bring a future store’s design concept to life. With CGI (computer-generated imagery) visualization technology, it accurately recreates the space, capturing even the smallest details and achieving a level of realism that’s nearly indistinguishable from a photograph.
