The Rams have officially given the 2022 NFL Draft the Hollywood treatment. The team released a pre-draft hype video on Tuesday in the form of a movie trailer.It well may be the greatest hype video in the history of sports.The premise is simple. The Rams have earned numerous "steals" over the years on the trade market and in previous editions of the draft. However, they are left without numerous early picks in the 2022 NFL Draft because of their aggre sive trades for Matthew Stafford and Von Miller. Those moves helped them win a Super Bowl but leave them Kirk Gibson Jersey as an afterthought for the three-day selection fest in Las Vegas.MORE: But Stan Kroenke, Les Snead, Sean McVay and a contingent of Rams players have other plans. From its production value to its references to the actors playing each executive, here are the craziest things we noticed about the trailer:1. If your first thought watching this trailer was, "Wow, this looks pretty good!", there's a reason for that. The cinematography was done by Bob Richardson, who has won the Academy Award for cinematography three times and received seven more nominations, most recently in 2019 for "Once Upon a Time in Corey Seager Jersey Hollywood".2. Yes, that's Dennis Quaid playing team owner Stan Kroenke. It's his second time playing a member of the Rams organization in a recent production. He played coach Mike Martz in Kurt Warner's movie "American Underdog."3. The answer that Aaron Donald writes on the board during his scene in the cla sroom is "23 over 20." That's a reference to the final score of the Rams' Super Bowl win over the Bengals.4. In the scene where Sean McVay played by Scott Eastwood is on the phone with one of the Rams players, the player mentions being "pa sed out in Cabo" the last time he trusted McVay. Is that a reference to the Matthew Stafford trade? Probably so, as McVay and Stafford at the time of the trade and enjoyed some drinks together.5. "Van, well, I need you in the van." Sometimes the best fruit is low-hanging. This worked in context of the trailer, and Matt Beaty Jersey so did the Celine Dion joke.MORE NFL DRAFT: 6. McVay's character says that he wants Aaron Donald to be focused on, "The one thing he does best: complex data analytics." Donald is a seven-time All-Pro and has won Defensive Player of the Year three times and consistently ranks favorably acro s analytics sites like Pro Football Focus, which has graded him an elite player every year since he entered the NFL in 2014.7. Holloway Tommy Lasorda Jersey was the perfect choice to play Les Snead for the hair alone. He pulled off the Snead look, which isn't easy to do.8. The Rams gotof their players to participate in the trailer. There were 12 in total, per the : Kendall Blanton, Terrell Burge s, Aaron Donald, Tyler Higbee, Jordan Fuller, Van Jefferson, Cooper Kupp, David Long Jr., Jalen Ramsey, Nick Scott, Ben Skowronek and Matthew Stafford.9. As great as the "we're gonna steal the draft," line is, it's shocking that didn't make it into this trailer. But we're not going to complain. It was still great.
