NCEDCloud

NCEDCloud is a login service built for North Carolina schools, and it puts everything in one place. Instead of juggling a bunch of different usernames and passwords for school apps, you only need one account to sign in to platforms like PowerSchool, Canvas, and other classroom tools.

What You’ll Need

To start, make sure you have everything.

Your NCEDCloud login ID (that's your student number or employee ID).

your password

A computer, tablet, or phone that can go online.

Steps to Use NCEDCloud

Just head over to my.ncedcloud.org.

Enter NCEDCloud username and password.

If it's your first time logging in, you might be asked to pick some security questions and answer them. Those questions will help you get back into your account later if you ever need to.

After you sign in, you’ll land on a dashboard full of app icons. A few popular ones are:

PowerSchool – it’s where you check grades, attendance, and schedules.

Canvas – it's where you find class assignments and course materials.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — it's for homework, projects, teamwork.

Helpful Pointers

Stash the login page link so you don’t have to type it every time.

Make sure you log out whenever you're using a public or shared device.

If your password isn’t working, try resetting it or get in touch with your school’s IT staff.
