This product is a light-colored accelerator for the room-temperature curing of unsaturated polyester resins. It is usually used in combination with peroxide initiators such as cyclohexanone peroxide or methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, and the general dosage is about 0.5%-2.5% of the resin. It is widely used in the molding of fiberglass products, especially in artificial agate, buttons, Polaroid boards, polyester furniture, etc., as well as light-colored craft casting applications.

Precautions and use:

In any case, the accelerator and the peroxide initiator must not be in direct contact, otherwise a violent explosion reaction will occur, resulting in adverse consequences. When mixing the ingredients, first add the initiator (and pigment paste) to the resin, stir and mix them evenly, and then add the accelerator. Conversely, it is also possible to add the accelerator first, stir and mix them evenly, and then add the initiator.
