The Ice Cream Mixing System including Batch type and HTST type. The batch type is suitable machine for pasteurizing small and medium ice-cream productions, while the HTST type is ideal equipment for medium and large scale ice cream production. Ice cream materials are prepared via different stages including: mixing and dissolving different ingredients, pasteurization, homogenization and cooling, then transferred into aging tanks.
